Random pictures of Cora

This is the same look that I get from Jeremy when I try to talk to him during a football game.

We love Miss Mouse's house at the library.  I love that Cora loves books like Will and I do.

Love this smile.

Hairdo inspired by Deb from Napoleon Dynamite.

Summer soccer

This summer, we signed Will up for soccer through the YMCA.  He was actually pretty good, but really good at being a defender.

It was fun to see how much he loved running around and how well he took to all of the coaching.

It was hilarious to watch all of these kids, some of them tiny and some of them picking flowers or their noses, play soccer.  It always made my Saturday.

Beach Day Take 2

You know how sometimes you go to the beach and it is just the perfect day?  Well, when we got to the beach (we go to the Indiana Sand Dunes) the waves were high and it was a bit windy and not super warm, so I was skeptical of how long the kids would last.  Turns out, it was a perfect beach day.
The kids loved the waves, and when this little one got too cold, we just wrapped her up for awhile, then buried her little tush in some warm sand.  She was a happy girl.

Will could have stayed in the waves all day, and Jeremy and I had a blast taking turns being out there with him.

Man I love summer.  I wish it could stay around forever.

12th Anniversary

It's been a pretty sweet 12 years that I've been married to this guy.

As you can see, we went downtown to Navy Pier.  It was the first time in 3 years that we'd been on a date downtown, so we took our time,  got some grub (I had the most delicious steak ever!) and then went and saw Cirque Shanghai.

We could have just hung out here though at the end of the pier people watching until the fireworks. I love Jeremy and am so lucky to have him as my sweet hubby.
